Christmas...part 2.

So I wasn't able to upload all the pictures that I wanted to last time so although we are well beyond the holiday season, I still wanted to post a few leftover pictures. I hope everyone is having a pleasant start to the new year.

2012 A New Odyssey

Happy New Year to all. The Holiday season is officially over. I can say with all honesty that this past year has been one of the best ever. The boys enjoyed Christmas this year more than ever and really got into the celebrating. The first week back at work, school, and Karen's was a tough one for us as we had to "readjust" our schedule after two weeks off. We are all very excited about the prospects of the coming year and the changes that it will inevitably bring. Cheers to all.

T'was the night before...

Grampa Dan, as has been his custom in the past few years, joined us for Christmas this year, and has been enjoying the grandkids for the past few days. We took them to the Winter Wonderland at Bass Pro Shops, which is like heaven for boys. They have every manner of forced projectile you could possibly imagine from bows and arrows to marshmallow guns. Both of which have now graced my living room. Thanks Aunt Penny. Anyways, here are a few pics from the day out.

Seeing as how we have been away from the blog for so long, there are quite a few pictures in the backlog. So I figured I'll just put a few up a week while I figure out how to get the settings right on this page. So here are a few of the boys, one from my birthday last week (thanks to all who sent well wishes) and one from an "ugly sweater" party we went to at a friends house last weekend. Cheers to all.

Back Online!

So, after an unnecessarily long hiatus, the Johnsons have rejoined the rest of the digitals and I have taken it upon myself to reestablish the blog. With everyone in the world having their own Facebook page it is easy to keep in touch nowadays but I think that having this forum for pictures and family updates is a good way to keep everyone connected as well. We miss you all and hope that you will check in from time to time.
